It appears that possibly two major offensives are taking place in Idlib and Aleppo in Northern Syria today. This is an evolving and changing situation that is extremely fluid. In Idlib, it appears that the Al Qaeda linked Jabhat al Nusra and what has become the dominant force in the Islamic Front Ahrar al Sham are conducting a joint offensive. The major targets appear to be regime linked bases and checkpoints in Hamidiya & Wadi Al-Deif. As of this writing, it appears that the offensive has produced results for the opposition. The situation in Aleppo seems a bit less clear. Both the opposition and regime are claiming advances. The Syrian Muslim Brotherhood linked Sham Legion has reported successfully pushing back against a regime offensive (unverified). Some footage uploaded by the Sham Legion is found below.
Pro-Regime sources are reporting regime offenses in Handarat village in Northern Aleppo. The video below uploaded by the Islamic Front appears to show heavy fighting and a very close call.
